Delivery
Orders received before 15:00 (GMT) will usually be dispatched within 2 working days.
We will advise you if we are unable to dispatch your complete order within 72 hours.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are based on order value totals and are:
Up to £15 - £2.50
£15-£40 - £4.50
Over £40 is £9
These prices are for UK shipped items, but we are able to ship most items worldwide. If you would like a delivery quotation for shipping outside of the UK, please contact our customer service team.
Returns Policy
If your goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us within three days
and keep them in their original packaging.
P&M Aviation is confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.
If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, you may return them within 28 days of your order.
Goods must be returned in the same condition, unopened and undamaged.
A refund will be made or credit applied to your account within 10 working days of
the returned goods being received by P&M Aviation.
Before returning any goods, you must e-mail us at returns@pmaviation.co.uk for returns authorisation.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs in this
instance, and, if applicable, import taxes associated with the return of goods to P&M Aviation.
